Farryn is a licensed counselor and registered play therapist that provides therapeutic services to children, adolescents, young adults, and families. Farryn earned her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Mary, Fargo, in 2015. She completed her clinical internship at Prairie St. John’s in the Child and Adolescent Partial Hospital Program (2015). Farryn has been a licensed counselor in the state of North Dakota since 2015. She has worked with at-risk youth as a Family Therapist, providing intensive in-home therapy services, as well as being a Clinical Therapist in a psychiatric residential treatment facility. Farryn has also earned her graduate certificate in the Play Therapy through Capella University in 2018.

Farryn specializes in child-centered, trauma-informed, and integrative play therapies. Her interests are working with elementary-aged children who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment difficulties, as well as autism spectrum disorder. She is also is passionate about working with adolescents who struggle with anxiety and depression using evidence-based therapies. Farryn also has a passion for working with young adults that are struggling with life stressors. She believes that there is no "one size fits all" approach to healing. Farryn strives to create a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which all individuals can be supported in his/her efforts to grow.
